1. The Cadillac LIVE Auto show Test Drive offer of a choice of $150 eGift card (the "Offer") is open to residents of British Columbia who book at a participating authorized Lower Mainland Vancouver Area Cadillac dealer (the "Cadillac Dealer"), who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of registration, and ii) have a valid driver’s license (the equivalent of a full "Class 5" license in British Columbia), except for employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of General Motors of Canada Company ("Cadillac Canada"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, administration or fulfillment of the Offer.
2. Offer Period: May 17th , 2021 to June 14th, 2021 at 11:59:59 P.M. (PDT) (the "Offer Period").
3. To be eligible for the Offer, you must have opted to test drive a Cadillac vehicle at the Cadillac Dealer during the Cadillac LIVE tour session during the Offer Period.
4. To be eligible to receive a choice of eGift Card you must, during the Offer Period test drive a Cadillac vehicle (in compliance with the test drive procedures and policies of that local dealership). Proof of a valid driver’s license will be required.
5. Upon completion of the test drive of an eligible Cadillac vehicle, ARM Marketing Inc. ("ARM") will email eligible customers a unique PIN code and instructions on how select and redeem the e-gift card online. Eligible customers must follow the instructions in the email and choose a reward, eligible customers will be emailed a link to the selected e-gift card. Eligible customers must click on the link to see the e-card options.
6. To receive an e-card, eligible customers must register and activate their PIN within 30 days from the date of email receipt.
7. There is a limit of one PIN per person. Each PIN is valid for one (1) e-card only and may not be reused. The PIN may not be transferred.
8. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions of Cadillac Canada with respect to all aspects of the Offer, whose decisions are final and binding. Offer requests received after the end of the Offer Period are void, unless otherwise determined by Cadillac Canada in its sole and absolute discretion.
9. E-Cards are subject to the terms and conditions shown on the card. Terms of use are clearly indicated on the e-cards. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Not reloadable. Not replaced if lost or stolen. Use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of those terms.
10. Cadillac Canada, its advertising and promotion agencies, participating Cadillac Dealers and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and, if applicable, their respective advertising or promotion agencies (collectively the "Releasees") accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or claims of any kind or nature whatsoever caused by or resulting from: (i) any test drive of a Cadillac vehicle in connection with the Offer; or (ii) any event that may interfere with the intended availability or operation of the Offer either temporarily or permanently, including but not limited to any electronic network, computer problem or any other technical or human error of any kind that makes continuation or proper implementation or fulfilment of the Offer not feasible. The Releasees will not be liable for: (i) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to any telephone or computer network, handset, equipment or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (ii) the failure of any banner offer, PIN, e-card or other information or materials to be received, captured, or recorded (or received, captured, or recorded in timely fashion) for any reason whatsoever; and/or (iii) any combination of the above.
11. Cadillac Canada reserves the right to a) amend or terminate this Offer for any reason without notice, b) verify the validity of all registrations, and c) disqualify any participant who is ineligible or has violated any of these terms and conditions.
12. Releasees are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
13. Unless you have otherwise provided consent, any personal information provided in connection with this Offer will only be used by Cadillac Canada or ARM for administering the Offer. By registering for the e-Card, you consent to release of your personal information to Cadillac Canada and ARM for that purpose, specifically your name and contact information.
